I bought 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i limited on July 09, 2016.
After 4 weeks with only 325 miles driven, my car brake pedal started feeling soft.
I went to dealer immediately to fix this. Technician test drove my car (on Aug 09, 2016) and said it is 100% fine.
I even asked him to tighten the brakes atleast. He said they wouldn't do adjustment for Disc Brakes.
He did not open anything. He just drove the car (for atleast 15 min). Thats it.
I am still feeling the same with brakes. And one more thing observed is, If I pump the brake pedal, it is firm for sometime, and again becomes
soft.
Car is stopping after I push down the pedal too much. But the pedal is not touching the floor. And I can feel that the pedal can no further be
pushed down.
I am not sure this is normal.
Can you please suggest on this?

Did you get anything back in writing from the service dept that the brakes are normal? If not, go back and get them to put it in writing. You're still under warranty, but without a paper-trail, they can claim you never did anything. I would keep complaining but don't be an "a**" about it.

Yes, I got a receipt saying that they could not reproduce the issue. I will go again. Thank you for reply
