Help: T&C Key stuck, won't start

2011 Town and Country, key stuck in ignition, nothing happens when I turn the key (no crank), dash lights flashing, dash gauge needles jumping, center red security light on, relays K3, K4, K5 fast clicking. Cannot shift into neutral- car is stuck. Removing M27 fuse does nothing. Disconnecting battery allows key removal. Key remotely locks and unlocks the car doors, when battery is reconnected, initially. Reconnecting battery repeats cycle again, if key is tried in the ignition. Jumping battery does nothing.
Spare key does the same thing
Hoping to fix myself. Tried spare key, tried disconnecting battery, tried cycling door locks with the doors closed, tried removing and reinstalling relays k3, k4, k5.
Tried doing all above with jumper cables connected to another running car.

Simple fix- Bad battery
Replaced and done.
