99 burb Driver door cant lock

Hi every1,i just bought a 99 burb but driver door cant lock with switch actuator or manually , switch locks all doors except driver , i cant even lock door with key from outside manually could the rod be frozen or not connected somehow ?
Any ideas how to fix would be great @ the moment i lock my door with a chain n exit@ passenger side not fun @ all

Unfortunately probably not much help here until you pull the door panel off.
