2000 Celica GT Swaps

What kind of swaps could I throw into a 2000 GT?

A turbo MR2 engine?

Please gimme some specs and info.

an `03 GTS engine and trans, pretty much it without doing MAD wiring work

a 3sgte has been swapped into a 2000+ celica, it was expensive and required a lot of work.

but if you want to swap the engine out, a 3sgte would be just about the only engine worth putting in there.

best advise to give to you is to lose the car and get a better one, Celica's aren't that good of a car, you might as will get a civic, almost same hp, and its alot more cheaper, than u have xtra money to fix it up and make it look nicer. Or you can just get a nissan 350zx where its almost same price as the GT Celica but it has 2x the horsepower. Will I'm sorry that you bought that car, nobody should have to suffer like that :'(.

celicas are excellent cars, they may not be fast, but that doesnt make them bad cars. the 350z is also a nice car but the cost of keeping it is a lot higher than a celica. the insurance and registration are probably close to double, depending on a few factors

and besides, im pretty sure that the new z's are 350z's not 350zx's

the x was added when they z went turbo, and the new ones arent turbo.
