Ford Explorer - Back Door will not open

My back door will not open up and I need to replace the tail light. I couldn't believe the back door does not have a literal lock. Is there anyway that I can open the back door from the inside? This is crazy.:banghead:

You'll likely get better help if you mention the model year of your Explorer, and if a Sport or Sport Trac, state that.

After I had to do it on an Escape I found a video Fordtechmakuloco did on YouTube (wish I'd seen it first). It should be similar to the Explorer or at least get you started if there are no other responses.
