Hey, I got a 2000 civic ex 2 dr. I'm trying to put vinyl on the door panel. How do I take the door panel apart so I can do it? Any pictures or instructions?

Take it apart, meaning what? Removing the panel from the door or how to disassemble the door panel?
The door panel itself doesn't really come apart besides a few int. trim pieces.

remove screws from door pieces (speaker cover, handles, door rest cup) remove clip from window handle (if it's manual.. it's a bitch to get off, or unhook any cables) once all screws and trim from doors are removed... pull hard.

pull hard.
there is no need for that - be gentle with the door panel - they aint cheap!
Spend $10 or whatever on one of these (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-Hf8S5vW5ffi/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=18187650) & do it right.

i think i know what you mean....after you have the panel off, to change the insert you have to break the plastic welds that hold it in place witch are on the back of the door panel...they look like little donuts....get a soldering iron and stick it in there until the plastic melts...then pry apart. When you're done just melt it back together.
