LaFerrari - Revell

Hey Guys

This is my recently completed LaFerrari. I was given the Revell version as a gift, Its not bad, but its certainly not great either. I still plan to get the Tamiya version & do a good job on that. Had a few issues with paint peeling off, primer didint want to stick to the plastic...
Not happy with the rear wheels ride height but nothing I can do about it, changed the wheels to 20" ADV.1 wheels from C1, but used Aoshima 20" tires. Its as low as I can get with the front wheels touching the wheel arches & the car sitting level...
Painted Zero Paints - Ferrari Abu Dhabi Blu, a great colur, thats quite rare but is a standard ferrari colour & has been for almost 10yrs now. Its a really nice dark teal colour, photos dont do it justice.
Otherwise build out of the box, let me know what you think.

Looks great! That color is really cool. Could you take a few more pics with a black background? It might make the color come out a bit brighter in the pics. I'd love to see what it really looks like!

Nice color and finish! I had thought the Revell kit would be a bit easier than Tamiya w/the integrated doors, but filling the seams acceptably added so much time that it was a wash. Nice choice of custom wheels!

Nice work and color choice.

But I have to ask. LaFerraris do not have 5 lug hubs. Why apply a custom wheel that is a different lug pattern, rather than adapt a custom wheel to match the La Ferrari mounting?
