No power going to my fuel pump relay

Hello everyone, I'm going crazy trying to figure out why I am not getting any voltage to my fuel pump relay socket to my wife's 2005 Sequoia. Of course I tested all the the fuses to make sure they are all working. I've tested the C/Opn and EFI relay and they both work. My fuel pump was no good so got new unit and was hoping that that was the problem why I wasn't getting any power to my Fuel pump relay but no deal, same situation.

I had already ordered a used ECU but was told to hold off cause a few Mechanics told me that the ECU normally don't go bad. So I'm holding off on that, cause I would also need to reprogram ECU which would cost me a few more bucks that I hate to spend if mine is alright.

After reading more in my Chilton Manuel, I found a section that the fuel pump circuit is controlled by the circuit opening relay. I'm hoping that this could be the problem I'm looking for. The problem is...Where the hell is it located at? I was hoping to get some info on youtube but nothing.

Please... if there's someone in this forum who could help me out with this issue, it will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Thanks for any help!
