I have a 2004 TB that won't start. I pulled out my hvac b fuse to reset that system and now my car won't start.
The lights come on but don't dim, the 4WD indicators don't come on and all I hear is a high pitch sound and nothing else. I don't hear a crank. I don't know where to start looking for a solution.

Check the starter relay in the under hood panel, try another one, some relays are interchangeable, what doesn't work key on no crank, gages on, blower work and so on? Ign. switches were a common failure.

I don't have any equipment to test the starter relay and the starter relay doesn't look interchangeable. The key works in all positions work. No response from the gauges.
How do I check the blower? (sorry new here)
I put the key in, I here the chime, I switch to all the positions and nothing. The A/C still activates. I can go and get an ingnition switch and see but would that be the likeliest cause?

So, let's clear up a few things here......
Vehicle was starting ok......you pulled the A/C fuse.....you reinstalled it, and now the car won't even crank?
Turn your key to on.....now test all fuses with a test light....do all have power?

I wish I was making this up but yeah, that's what happened. I tested the fuses near the engine (the fuse box that caused all of this is underneath the seat.) There are a few that aren't getting power. Specifically the crank 10A fuse. Does that matter a lot? Also is there something specific I should be looking for?

Well, you have to check ALL the fuses.....does this have fuses under the rear seat?
If you have a lot of fuses with no power, then you could have an ignition switch problem(if they are all on the same leg)....
I think the crank fuse only has power with the key in the crank position...

OK I've been trying to post for a while now but I couldn't for some reason. Either way, I finally just decided to tow it to a mechanic. I will reply back once the mechanic tells me what was wrong just in case something similar happens to someone else.

So apparently the BCM was malfunctioning. It was replaced.
