I have never heard of that happening. Have you put a vacum gauge on it? What is vacum at idle then in gear?

No, i unfortunately i don't have access to a vacuum gauge, and can't drive the car to a shop obviously. When the car sits in neutral, the vacuum seems normal, and also somethimes when you put it in drive. But after a little while, or if you tap the gas lightly, it exponentially opens.
Well, the forward momentum of the car is exponentially, the valve just opens maybe a cm.

Sounds like you are missing or have a broken throttle return spring- the vacuum comes from the engine- it will run wide open unless the throttle is doing its job "throttling" So the throttle opens very easily means there is not much holding it closed- thus a broken or misplaced throttle return spring IMO.
