wont start 1 click

98 1500 4x4 quad, 5.2.. Did run fine. Go out to start wont start just clicks once. Replaced starter and the battery. Still only clicks once. checked voltage across terminals to the grounds. swapped relays around still one click. Going to check in the morning make sure it didn't seize. any ideas greatly appreciated..

Were you getting full 12.6V to the starter both on the main wire and the smaller wire when you turn the key. How are your battery connections? (Clean and tight)

Battery connections have been redone. new terminals. didnt check voltage to the starter will do that tomorrow morning. when i have someone to turn the key for me
