2007 Nissan Versa S - A/C Expansion Valve???

Hello, It's been a while since I've gripped a wrench and seriously got after some automotive DIY, so bare with me as I ask this question please.
2007 Nissan Versa S 4 Door Hatch with 1.8Litr 4Cyl Engine Manual 6 Speed.
On the Condensor, just under the High Pressure Sensor, where the High Pressure Sensor screws into the Condenser, isn't that piece called the "A/C Expansion Valve"???
I have included the pic and highlighted the exact part in RED. Basically, I have replaced almost everything that's been leaking, but this piece, in red, is leaking from the bottom of the piece. I think it has a crack in it. Can someone please verify that this piece is indeed the "A/C Expansion Valve"?? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.
