96 Eclipse rs non turbo to a turbo project

Hey, so I'm about to come into possession of a '96 Eclipse RS. It's not turboed right now but I'm looking into ways to get it turboed.

So first question I had:
How much is it going to cost roughly? I'm going to be running off the stock internals for now.

until you can take it apart to replace the pistons with lower compression ones you will have to limit the boost to just a couple of pounds to keep it from blowing apart. will also need to replace exhaust manifold and fit a intercooler and get ecu remapped, upgrade the fuel system and add oiling and cooling system to turbo. you best bet might to find a wrecked one with a turbo and swap engine and other parts as needed to make it work

Don't expect to build it for cheap though or things will be breaking on you all the time.
