My van has quit me finally. It only has 98,000 original miles on it. Right now the car really smells like it is loading up and not properly burning fuel. Also a huge amount of white smoke is coming from the exhaust pipe. Do you know what the problem could be. The oil pressure is good. could it be as simple as new plugs and plug wires, coil pack etc. I would appreciate any and all ideas.

Have you checked the fluid level in the radiator ?
Big white smoke clouds from the tail pipe usually mean a blown head gasket and your car is trying to run on antifreeze.

I have checked the fluid levels. Even the oil still looks like oil and not discolored by water/antifreeze. The levels all look the same. It only happens after the car warms up. The car is not overheating. The exhaust smells like gas that is not burning correctly. The car was also running very rugged and missing. I changed the plugs and plug wires. This made the vehicle run much better.
