1985 200 sx Fuel Send Problem

Hello Fellow 200 sx Nissan'ers.

HELP !!! I have a 1985 Nissan 200 sx Hatchback ( 1 owner - Me - NOT Turbo) with a few problems. The short and sweet is .... I have a NEW ( Last one Nissan had in the US ) Fuel Pump, a Remanufactured ECU and Many Other New Parts installed over the years .... My PROBLEM IS ... The Fuel Pump will Pump fuel to the engine ... but ... when I crank the engine to start ... No additional fuel is getting to the engine, so, once the "Initial Pumped Starting Fuel" is gone ... the engine of course Dies.

I have the Original Computer Module A18-800 060 under the hood ( driver side - which I am told by my mechanic is a fuel regulator module ) but I do not know if it is functioning. I have Finally found a USED replacement just in case but it was a HARD Find. I have not yet purchased the Used one but will just to be sure.

Does ANYONE have any information as to what if anything might be causing this problem ... Other than ... possibly ... the Computer Module I mentioned ?
Any thoughts on this issue would be appreciated.

I have tried to attached a picture of my existing A18-800 060 for reference but as this is my first time on this forum and I can't seem to do it correctly.

Thanks in Advance for Your Help.
