99 Regal Windshield washer tubing size

Hi all,
This seems like a silly question but I am trying to clarify the size of the tubing, the part where it goes into the wiper arm. Tried OReilly AutoZone Advance Napa Ace Hardware no one has the right stuff. Seen some possible matches on Ebay, I don't need 50ft of it but whatever it takes right. Is this stuff measured ID or OD? The stuff I got from Oreilly was one size to small, it works but hard to slide over the plastic fittings. The stuff NAPA had the inside dia seems ok but the hose is too thick, can't fish it thru the holes in the arm, it will fit thru the side hole but not under the tension springs. I saw kits on Ebay with nozzles and all but $25-30 seems expensive to fix 8in of tubing.
