2000 interior lights flicker

i posted before but here is a video

i have gone through 3 light switch modules and they all do it.. is that possible.
i didnt buy the one from GM as its 100 bucks...can it be the BCM?

and the high beam light on the dash lights up even with the lights off on switch or if you disconnect the light switch... or pull the key out.. and the headlights not even on yet the high beam light stays on
