town and country 2003 not shifting into 3rd or 4th

Hi i need someone to throw me a bone (idea) changed input and output sensor, replaced solenoid pack, cam and crank sensor. Runs good code on odometer 1684 p700

Does the transmission slip as if it suddenly shifted into neutral, or does it stay stuck in second gear?

It is not slipping. Just brought it to a shop and ran a diagnostics it said the transmission is not registering any rpm's. I googled that and I haven't seen too much of anything on that. (The guy at the shop said he has never seen that befor)

it runs good 1st and 2nd no slip doesn't stick in 2nd, doesn't slip to neutral. Ps thanks for the reply.

Two things pop into my head. One would be a problem with the shifter and/or linkage. Maybe when you intend to shift to into drive you're unintentionally shifting into 2.
Another possibility is some kind of electrical problem; bad solenoid, bad wheel speed or throttle position sensor, etc. I'm not directly familiar with the town and country, but a lot of automatic transmissions have solenoid outside of the main solenoid pack that effect how the transmission shifts.
