This Sucks

Just recieved my order from HLJ and it was the new SUZUKI Hayabusa 1300 and Fujimis Lamborgini Countach.But when i got my order which was really quick which is great, but when opened i had the bike and a Lancia stratos kit instead of the lambo. what a disappiontment that was.
sent a email to see what i can do. First time they have ever let me down what about anyone else.

You should be happy!!, hlj will let you to keep the wrong item, the stratos, and they'll send you the countach without any charges, so.... reciving a wrong order from hlj..... is really cool!! :biggrin:

I had my orders messed up twice.

In the first incident, they sent it to Australia! Not only that, but it took ages for the wrong order to reach me!

Thankfully, I was not charged for any customs and HLJ refunded the costs to post the items to their appropriate owner. They also compensated me with 1,000 Yen for the inconvenience.

The second incident was with a spares order. They ordered me the wrong part. I made them aware of the problem, and they let me keep the part, refunded my money and reordered the correct item for free.

I have since forgiven them and they were back in my good books.

I bought twice from hlj and never got messed with the items......

I feel unlucky since hlj never sent me any wrong items, so I do not have any wrong items to keep :tongue:

I've placed quite a few orders with them and they have been 100% ever time

Same here, athough i did buy a Bit-Charg from them which stopped working (hardly their fault), they sent a replacement FOC.

The two screwed up orders i've had were from Hobby search. First was when i got sent an R34 kit instead of R33, they sent the r33 to me and i kept the r34. Second was when i got 3 military kits in my order which i didn't ask for, everything else was present and correct so i can hardly complain about this one.

i too would be glad if i were u, i mean now u got a free kit :iceslolan

Seriously, you don't want the Lambo, because its a repackage item with nothing change inside, but only the price that is alot more higher. :bloated:
By the way, the stratos....what brand is that? Fujimi EM series (with engine) or Hasegawa?
