caprice 2006 not starting when warm.

hi everyone. my caprice 2006 is not able to start when its warm. there is sound if krrrrrr but it doesn't start. it starts only when car is completely cold. mechanic ask to change the stater.

Very hard to diagnose from here, sounds like the starter from your description.

I would agree it is the starter . being in a location of much grit/sand blowing about this gets into the components.
If I were you , buy a Mercedes . these are made for your region , will take the abuse of the environment.
these new style caprice vehicles are not available here in the USA. 1996 was the last year .

It is available here - as the Chevrolet SS. -Or- the Caprice PPV (officially for police but some dealerships will sell to the public).
The Caprice PPV does have a longer wheelbase than the SS does (Holden Caprice / Holden Commodore respectively).

I agree with the advice given above, it is probably the starter. But I would suggest you first check the condition of the battery, (quick and easy voltage check, and preferably a load test to determine the current output capacity). A weak battery will often first show the same symptoms as a failing starter, since that component requires more current than any other.
