Hi everyone. Today my car's battery died and I was trying to give it a JumpStart with my pickup. I connected the cables to the pickup and I accidentally connected the positive cable from the pickup to the negative terminal on the car's battery and the negative cable to the body of the car. I left this so for around 20 minutes. I then jumped it correctly and everything seems to work. The battery is being charged. I was wondering if any damage was done

We should ask you if any damage is done....I typically don't make this mistake and can't speak of any issues in doing it- but you can- so let us know.
I would also wonder about the donor car's battery and system. If no apparent immediate problems, I would say you are okay.
