E46nm52 - I think, I have some WIP photos od DIO but it´s nothing special...

Asphalt - sand paper,
Snow - polystyren (it´s filler with TV or computers...) and soda bikarbona (sodia bicarbonate in english? ) with dispersion glue (in Slovakia we have Herkules it white glue for paper, wood etc and after dry it´s clear)
Wall - it´s wall from H0 train model dioramas :)
Dirt on snow - combination of Revell enamel colors, tamiya weathering master A
melting snow on road - Tamiya SMOKE Acrylic X19
