Differences in AMT Camaro police kits?

Got my eyes on the AMT Camaro police kits but don't know which one to pick.
Anyone that have had a look into these kits;

Are they basically the same kit ore are there differences in other regards than decals and light rail?

Or is it just different box art or a remake? Both are called AMT-817...

There is only a kit of the bottom pic. The top pic was just a photoshop.

Seen it both in web shops and on feebay, that's why I had to ask.

I know the amt kit is curbside, besides that is it worth while grabbing the Revell Camaro or are the bodys quite equal?
