Indeed they do. Ive heard that Project Gotham Racing is pretty good but havent played it myself, there's test drive, then there is MCII like Jetts was saying, other than that I dont know of any others right off hand.

Midnight Club 2, Project Gotham Racing, Sega GT 2002, APEX (more unrealistic racing).
Apex is pretty cool because you start out as a car company trying to bring your design into the market, and the more races you win with your car the more cars you sell. As you go through the game you advance in cars and you build your plant, win trophies and all kindsa cool things. Project Gotham is kinda like Gran Turismo for the XBOX in the scence that you get to mod your own car. You can add the turbo, brakes, suspension, etc....and then change the settings just like Gran Turismo, but the driving is a bit more like GT3.

(SRS) Street Racing Syndicate which is coming out for the x-box soon. I guessing between mid july to november for the game to come out. Its been delayed that why its coming out that period. The game is should of really been out on June 24 but they change it. Go to the web site
