Some things way wrong with my front end mainly the drivers side.

I was driving and my car starts jerking to the left and my steering wheel was shaking so bad I had to pull over because I thought it was going to fall of . Had someone come drive it and tell me what they thought and while he's driving UNDER 20MPH the tire literally started jumping up and down. I ended up having to have someone come put it on a trailer to get it home. I was thinking maybe my ball joint I do know I could probably use a new CV shaft but I don't think that's what's wrong.
