It's not often that I would take the time or have occasion for which to write a letter of appreciation but I need to thank John L and his team at Panoz LLC.
Long story short, after a great weekend with my GTS at Road Atlanta, I developed two issues that I did not discover until Tuesday morning. Both of which needed resolved so I could run again this coming weekend.
Frustrated and pessimistic, I walked into Panoz LLC. looking for any help. I was introduced to John L, Brandon was on vacation.
First issue was a broken rotor. Remember, this is Thanksgiving week. John L and Brandon (who was on vacation) dropped everything and went to work on finding parts, numbers and a source. There contact at Brembo ended up overnighting the rotors to us.
Second issues was a leaking rear end tube seal. After looking high and low, another team member happened to remember he noticed one in their receiving area that was not yet inventoried. Unfortunately, it did not fit correctly in my tube. I took the seals and my rear assembly back to Panoz LLC for help. Again, John and another member of the team dropped everything to go out to my truck and assist me. After careful measurements and discussion they determined that my tubes had been modified by someone at sometime. They could have fabricated a new assembly but again being 2 days before T day they had limited staff and they had just shipped their inventory piece. As I thanked them both for their efforts and being ready to concede the battle John L asked his team member if the GTS in the showroom had an assembly. They literally jacked up the car in the showroom and removed the rear end housing for me. I was also shocked by the fact they didn't expect or ask for a premium for this service.
I have never experienced such customer service in my life!!! Not to mentioned on a used car that was not purchase from them!!!

John and his staff are great people and are are always willing to go they extra mile to help!
