60th Anniversary ZR-1 decals

So, I ran across this photo of a builder who created 60th Anniversary Revell Corvette ZR-1 decals, but I don't know have any information other than this photo. They look really well done and I'd love to purchase this sheet. Anyone have more information? Thanks!
