2000 AC Draining Battery

Battery went dead but when I tested it, it tested as being good. I charged the battery for a day and it started the car right up. I noticed the AC was on but blowing hot air.

The battery was quickly draining but car was still running. I turned the car off f and could barely start it the second time. The lights on the panel were dim. When I shutoff the AC, the lights on the panel get bright again.

When I started it the second time with the AC running I thought I felt slightly cooler air coming from the AC for a few seconds but not sure.

When I hit the "System Info" button on the panel, it reports the Voltage in the car is good. I was thinking alternator but not sure.

Anything else to check or think of?
