need power streering pulley

well i'm working on a leaking power steering pump. After looking at shops to find a tool to remove pulley and no one has one so I made one. I damaged the pulley so i'm looking for a pulley. bm number is 1164660215 double v-belt flat front face 150mm dia.by 45mm height. I have checked everywhere including Germany. no luck. please help find one. thanks for reading this.
