95 Dogde DRL, Clutch Line Clips

I am spending a lot of time to get the body of my pick up repaired. It is ending up being a body off repair. I am seeking information as where I can locate a daytime running light module and the two clutch line retaining clips. These clips just hold the line secure against the body.The module is quite expensive from Dodge and as far as I can see, they are the only suppliers. Any other options? Not sure how common the clips are, but could they be available aftermarket. Thanks.
