Hello everyone,
Someone told me I need to replace a kind of rubber rings on the exhaust manifold, due to vibration (and some other nearby seals too, I can't recall which). Do you know their technical name? I've attached a picture, the car is a Mercedes w201 190d 2.5. Could there be some sort of kit with all these rubbers? Thanks!

What you have circled there is not related to the exhaust manifold. That's the intake manifold and would make sense if what you're trying to solve is a misfire caused by a vacuum leak. Those seals are probably called something like the "upper intake manifold gaskets" or "air intake gaskets." If look look your car up on RockAuto.com and drill down in the Engine -> Intake or Engine -> Air Filtering and Distribution, something like that, you may be able to match these up with the appropriate image to get the correct name.
