Just got diagnostics back for my car.. Gonna need some help please...ASAP

Okay sooo. I just got back whats wrong with my car... Not good...been driving around with it damaged for a while cause it was "just noise" my so called "mechanic" friend says..... that it wasnt gonna hurt anything etc...:screwy:

SO anyways, took it in today and This is what they gave me..... Now im taking it to a different guy to do the labor.. (i trust this guy... so the issue i had before from screwball up there, wont happen again....)

Im on rock auto, and (trying) to get the parts at a decent price.. cause as you can see, they are really effing me on part cost at the shop i got this looked at..... I dont know which "ball joint, lower front sup. to get, or what it is, but here is my shopping cart for it.. And yes i need brakes and routers too. lol

1. Are the parts i have in my cart from R.A the ones that the estimate says?
2. What part do i need to get for the ball joint one? Just any ball joint?
3. anything else i need to know?
