C5 Z06 passenger window not working

I've tried rapping on the door (screws in door near close handle) to get the motor (regulator) to run with no luck.
Car has about 25000 miles on it and very little use on passenger power window.
I can hear the relays clicking but the motor to lower or raise the window never actuates. I believe this is a pretty common problem and I'm hoping one of the experts can give me more things to try before the regulator itself.
