My headlights, horn, and turn signals stopped working, all fuses are fine, and no loose wires, what could be wrong? 1997 2.2 Chevy cavalier

All happen at the same time?
I think all three go through the multifunction switch?

It's more than likely your multifunction (turn signal) switch. One symptom is that the third brake light works when you hit the pedal while the tail lights don't light up. I would say it's a safe bet to throw that part at it. I haven't done this repair before, but it appears you have to take your steering wheel off to access the switch.

Actually, with the generation of steering column in the '97 Cav the steering wheel may not need to be removed. The trim surrounding the steering wheel needs to be removed, which can be quite a chore in itself.
