Weird power Windows!

Owning a 2001 Lincoln LS sport 3.9 V8 has been interesting! Great car to learn how to diagnose problems. It seems every week there is a new issue with this car.
The latest problem is with the driver's side power window buttons and door lock! If I start the car, the driver side window buttons and door locks won't work! I can lean over and push the passengers window switch and it works fine. So does the lock switch. If I turn off the car
the switches work fine! I found that while driving if I "punch" the throttle the switches work fine! I get no check engine light, the alternator seems to be charging, no light. Battery is 6 months old. Is the car possessed? any thoughts?

Maybe a bad relay... Sometimes the problem with a car that has a lot of features (like a Lincoln) is there are a lot of things that can go wrong, so there are probably quite a few relays to check.

Your are probably right about a relay! The LS electrical system is over loaded, that's why it has a hydraulic cooling fan I read .
