Classic Car Storage

Hi,
I am based in London and just wondered what you guys think is the right price to pay for storing a nice car.
I have the opportunity of getting my hands on a sizeable warehouse and am thinking of turning it in to a storage area for classic cars.
Do you think it's a good idea? Is there much call for it? Would any of you who own a nice car be interested in something like that? The warehouse is in NW London.
Any feedback would be really appreciated.
