You need to find an electrical diagram for your vehicle and check all the circuits that involve your ignition switch (the one you put your key in to start your engine).

Good luck,
Sam

Hi, I have cleaned up the terminal of the battery & drive the car 2 hours continuously without any issue. Now it seems no issue. Do you have some other opinions on this not to come again or will I have to do it frequently. Thanks.

I have never heard of Allion 240 but I remember that on my 1999 Accord some people reported similar problem. It appeared to be a faulty part of ignition switch. A rear part of the switch where all the wires are connected. The solution was fairly easy: replace just that piece.

See if you can find this part or at least the information on it.

Good luck,
Sam

Once you have the battery terminals clean and tight, coat them with an anti-corrosive spray. Good for the connections.
