Targa Top 240sx???

Call me a Honda fag but I want to know if anyone has pictures of a 240sx hatchback with a "Supra-like" targa top. I think it would be really nice to have a targa top on my 240sx but I'm not sure if it's even possible. Also, if anyone knows of any shops that do this or even just an estimate, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

it would look ok but it'll just make the chassis weaker.

Why not just a sunroof or a convertible?:dunno:

I'm not sure about how much it would cost but since your here in va beach, I recommend taking it down to Art Walkers Auto Body on dean dr next to ultrazone. they do damn good work. Fishers Auto body off military highway does good work as well.

not sure how that would look. the structural rigidity should be fine depending on what garage you go to. i personally would just buy a convertible, convert it to 5-speed, S13 front end and SR20. Nissan managed to keep nearly all of the structural rigidity of the coupe when they made the convertible.

I've also wondered if a targa top was possible and how much it would cost, I don't think you would lose much structural rigidity if you had it done by someone good, and as long as its on their shouldn't be any lose. if you find out anything about it post it up or give me a PM about it

if they just replaced the center of the roof, and left the sides alone, like a sunroof, i doubt it would do anything to the chassis

well in reverse, would leaving a strip in the middle and having t-tops weaken it?

If anyone gets this done or a quote on price please post it.
