1994 Honda Accord Lx

Hello, I recently bought a used car but for some reason it still refuses to run, I've replaced: Starter, Ignition Coil, Distrubutors, Spark plugs and wires, oil and filter, valve cover gasket, fuel pump and battery. Whenever I start it it acts like it wants to start and it sputters but won't fully turn over, please help!
