89 F-150 no power to tank pumps

I've got an 89 F-150 dual tanks. Getting no power to tank pumps. High pressure pump runs good when key turned on. Have checked wires to fuel selector switch and no power there. Since high pressure pump is running I'm thinking there's a bad splice but how do you find where it is? On the wiring diagram it shows there's a splice (marked C277 just past inertia switch) but where is C277 located? Anybody know? Also, the diagram wire colors don't quite match my truck

note: Just FYI the wiring diagram doesn't quite match my truck. Not unusual I'm sure. The diagram says the power wire from inertia switch to high pressure pump and fuel selector switch is PK/BK (pink/black) but no pink black wire. There's a red/yellow wire that matches the size of the red one (red to fuel pump) coming off the selector switch. I'm guessing that's it.

Update: I was mostly wrong. Figured the in tank pumps weren't running because the high pressure pump wasn't getting any gas. The problem was two fold. Mostly it was a clogged DFR but the high pressure fuel pump was only just barely working too. (DFR - Dual Function Reservoir - It's a non electrical, automatic switching valve between the 2 fuel tanks. These have a well earned bad reputation.) The problem wasn't clogging so much as it was a swollen tiny o-ring that vents the diaphragm inside. The o-ring swells from the ethanol they put in gas these days. You remove it, bore the center out with a 1/16th inch drill bit and put it back. Works like a charm or at least mine works now. (good idea to clean DFR out completely too) The new fuel pump made quite a difference as well. My truck has a lot more pep now. Not getting starved for gas! note: a bad DFR does not automatically mean you need a fuel pump. Mine was just really old. Always test a pump before replacing. Assuming costs money and may not fix the problem. Cheers
