2005 Kia Optima Longevity

I bought a 2005 Kia Optima in 2009 with 60,000 miles on it. I think the previous owner did not take very good care of the car. I have made it a point to follow the service intervals and now the vehicle has 120,000 miles on it. How long do you think the car will last?
