'01 Passport 3.2 V6 won't start, not getting spark

Any ideas on why my '01 Passport will not start? Was driving down the road and it just shut down on me. It cranks but will not fire. Replaced timing belt, fuel pump, and now ECM still not luck. I know it's getting fuel to the rail but no spark! Thanks for any help!
