Hi I figured out what was wrong on the post I made a few threads down. I was using a brake cube, got the disk brake tool set from HFT and pushed or spun and pushed the piston all the way in. Well I replaced the rotors and pads w/ ceramic pads. Pushing in on the E brake has a nice solid feel have to really push to get it to go all the way to the floor. Which from the feel of the e brake pedal half way should do to apply the ebrake. The e brake is not holding...any ideas?

Fully apply and release the park brake pedal 3-5 times in order for the cable tensioner to take up any slack in the park brake cables.
Fully apply the park brake pedal, a firm pedal should be obtained by depressing the pedal less than one full stroke.

The through caliper parking / "e" brake mechanism was frozen, got 2 new calipers. I removed the brake cable and the mechanism would not go to its "at rest" position.

And that is one heavy spring, have you ever used the park brake?
