1997 Ford E 150 5.4L 5.8

I have this 1997 Ford E 150 5.4l v8 that I am trying to get inspected. I pull the codes and it indicates the EGR valve and every 2 sensor. My guy who inspecting also told me they need replaced.

I replaces both and still get same codes.

Could it be the DPFE sensor?

Any help or a start in the right direction would be helpful. Not getting to far with google.
