Engine swapping

Hey there, I'm new to the form and had a question about swapping engines. I apologize if this was the wrong place to post. But anyways this guy has an old ford 86 f-150 which is stick. And I was looking at possibly putting this small block into another vehicle like a Toyota 4 runner or something along those lines. Now my question is if the Toyota is automatic and the truck is stick will there be any modifications needed to be done to the engine? Or would it be easiest to put both engine and transmission into the Toyota, or just straight swap the engine. Thanks
