I have a 2002 buick regal that shakes in the front end on drivers side while driving at about 45 mph and after replaced cv axle and tortion bar bushings seems to help some but still shakes some any idea

I would swap that tire with the rear and see what happens.

Aleekat was trying to find out if you have a belt/balance problem in the tires......so if you rotate the tires front to rear, and the problem goes to the rear, you know it's the tire.....

If it doesn't, it's probably a front end component....is there a noise associated with the vibration? Jack up front end and grab tire at 6 and 12 o'clock...any movement? How about 9 and 3?

If a growling noise, could be a bearing(hub assembly).....need to check stabilizer link, inner/outer tie rod, ball joint, bearing, lower control arm bushings, coil spring, etc.

I did replace the stabilizer bushings and I think it helped some and did jack the car up and tryed the 12 and 6 and the 9 and 3 o'clock check to see if the tierod and ball joints were loose they did not move any so I think it might be a control arm bushing or a warped rotor when we jacked it up on the driver side we took the tire off and cranked it up and put it in gear got it up to 45 mph and it started to shake

Shouldn't do this:

when we jacked it up on the driver side we took the tire off and cranked it up and put it in gear got it up to 45 mph and it started to shake.

One it's dangerous, and you had the other wheel on the ground?

Also you could be activating the traction control if it is so equipped....

Like aleekat said, rotated the tires front to rear and see if the problem moves with the tires...
