El Camino Vette power team no.s?

I was reading a Hot Rod Feb 1959 comparison article involving El Camino and Ranchero. They said it was possible to get the top Fuelie 327 Motor & 4 speed, as per Corvette C1. I wonder how many El Caminos were so equipped?:)
