2002 rear ac panel

The rear A/C control panel (back of the console) and the overhead DVD player screen (with dome light combo) have stopped working. Is there a fuse or relay that controls both? Are they separate issues?

The rear A/C fan is still controllable with the driver control panel (the one on the front of the console). I don't know anything about the DVD system other than it is a Rosen.
