Vents blowing hot with A/C

Hello everyone, the strangest two things just started occurring with my AC.
1. it blows colder on the one side then the other one
2. After I shut the air conditioning system down just for a few min and restart the AC blows hot as hell before it gets cold. I understand it takes time for the AC compressor to kick on but damn it blows hot just after a few min of the system being off. Any suggestions?
