Need help with 2004 CR-V Radio

My battery was changed so the radio is not working. I have a code (L952 2 U231 0) but the radio is not coming on (as I was told it would do). What do I do now other than paying a dealer to fix this problem??

That doesn't look like the correct code. Are you sure that is the code for resetting the radio? I may be able to tell more if you post a picture of the card. I'm thinking the number you have is the one you enter on Honda's Radio and Navigation Micro site to get the numbers you enter in the radio.
